Kingston Square

Nicole is cool. She’s is helpful but the lady sitting at the front desk has an attitude problem. Just moved in today, did a brief walk through of the apartment with Nicole and didn’t notice how dirty the bathroom was because I was eager to get my belongings unpacked after a long drive from Atlanta. I went back to the office to asked the front desk lady for assistance after showing her pictures and she was very rude. Luckily Nicole walked in and was professional and said that she would send someone to clean it. We will see how long it takes...I posted some photos so y’all can see I’m not tripping LOL

My studio apartment is very spacious, I have a huge walk through closet and another huge coat closet. The storage room on the balcony is an added bonus. The maintenance staff is nice and they keep the grounds well manicured even though some of the residents don't do their part to keep it clean. The office staff are nice always accommodating. Overall it's a nice quiet place to live, there could be a few improvements but nothing too major. It's comfortable and affordable. It's Home...❤

Spacious studio. Quiet complex. Maintenance and office staff are really nice and helpful. Only issue I have is the dumpster setup. Having to drive to the back of the complex to take the trash out can get annoying. And the dumpster area isn’t as clean as it can be. A real eye sore. Other than the dumpster area I have no complaints
