Honest Nail Spa

08.17.20 I was in honest nail. I had an appointment for pedicure 5 in 1. I got a terrible pedicure, terrible spa( very hot stones that burned my feet and bad scrub after which I was allergic). I didn't get a pedicure at all, my feet and fingers were badly treated, my nails weren't filed.

I came in a week ago to do dip nails. The woman who did my nails didn’t follow the proper procedure to apply dip nails. My existing power was not fully soaked off and she overlaid the new powder on my old color (causing color inconsistency). She also wiped the excess powder off with a paper towel rather than using a brush (creating ripples in the powder as it set). When asked about why that was being done no answer was provided. Then, the manager came over to direct her on how to do dip nails. At that point the wrong color had already been applied and the focus was to correct the color by mixing different colors together. I was told that this is normal (which it isn’t) and that the color was close enough.nnThe nails started chipping and lifting within a week. I went in to have it fixed and all they were willing to do was apply yet another color over the top. I had them remove the dip powder and I’m going to another Solon to have my nails fixed.nnI use to love this salon but they have gone downhill. Don’t waste your time or money.
