Heartland Realty is the best. Carmelina really puts her heart and soul into her job. We choose Carmelina to sell our house. The pictures she took to list our house really captured all the beautiful things we wanted it to portray. Carmelina guided us through every step of the selling process. Truly making the process stress free. I also loved the little reminders she would text or email to make sure to jog our memories on our responsibilities. We love Carmelina so much we choose her to help us find a house. We are excited to see where our next adventure will begin, and trust that Carmelina will help us get there.

Heartland Realty was easy to work with and made the entire home selling process go smoothly. Carmelina was proactive, engaged, and very responsive. The fee structure was cost effective while still receiving full broker services.

Overall it was a positive experience. The agent, Carmelina, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is personable, energetic and responds promptly to your inquiries and keeps you updated on your listing. I would recommend Heartland Realty and its flat fee service as a credible, local option for your real estate needs.

Carmelina has been amazing. I have used her to sell 2 homes and buy 3 homes. She has gone above and beyond every time through out the entire process. She has even saved me money on a few of the deals by questioning the leanders and title companies to make good and fair on their own process. I will not hesitate to call her first if I need another agent. Hands down best experiences.
