There is only one reason why this company has only 5 star reviews and that is excellent service. I called and talked to Phil and told him that the main sewer line was plugged. He was on a call and had another after me but quickly called back and said he could be there in 2-3 hours. He was there right on time and after looking at the job gave me a price and got to work. Two hard hours later he was done and many feet of roots were gone.As a retired home builder I know some plumber can be suspect and in this case Phil is one of a kind. Up front and very professional ,not at all full of himself.You may find someone cheaper but not better. I will use them again and recommend to everyone

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to come on here and leave a review, I am absolutely satisfied with the service. Phil came out the same day I contacted him, gave me a price upfront and he was very honest. I loved that he was very thorough, he made sure the sewer line was all clear. He took out all the roots and disposed of them. He then doubled checked with a camera to make sure everything was fine. Unlike others that give you a price and end up charging more and they didn’t even remove all the roots. I highly recommend him. I will definitely call him for any other plumbing issues.

Great company! Had a leak stemming from my bathtub stopper, in which Phil came out to diagnose and replace. He explained everything as he went along and took the time to mention some additional actions that may need to be acted upon in the future so there would be no surprises. Highly recommended!

I had a problem and Phil was the solution! When I say that he not only knows his job incredibly well, he knows Bolingbrook just the same. It was nice to have a plumber that is logical and practical. He worked diligently and didn’t not cease at attempting different techniques until the job was fixed correctly. Thank you Phil for your passion and for your great customer service! If you have a plumbing issue, call Root Busters!

I contacted Phil from RootBusters Plumbing through the Thumbtack app. Phil and I made contact for the first time at 4:35pm. He was at my home at 5:30pm and had the job completed by 6pm! I was ecstatic because others were not available to do the work right away. He was professional, courteous, he followed all COVID-19 protocols (including wearing a mask and carefully removing and then replacing booties on his shoes each time he exited and entered our home to get tools). Most importantly, I didn’t have to go another evening with my kitchen sink clogged! Very grateful for the fast and effective service. I would absolutely recommend this service to others and would certainly use them again if the need arose. Thank you so very much Phil!
