Restaurant was closed at 4pm with no signs when they are open 9am-1am. Hard to rate the food when I can't buy anything

For the fourth time in a row this restaurant is feel to deliver an accurate order I just don’t think anyone there reads the tickets at this point. Unfortunately doordash has had to refund my last three orders due to completely different items received versus what was ordered.I am a big Taco Bell fan but Lockport does it 1000 times better!

I agree somewhat with the one star reviews. My order isn't always right and the line is long. I believe this has everything to do with them being understaffed. Along with those issues, being consistently understaffed means they frequently close early.nI get off work at 12:15 am. Several times I've showed up at 1230-1240 and they are closed.nYet online each time it says you are open until 2 am.nUpdate your fricken hours so it actually reflects WHEN YOU ARE OPEN!!nAnd please stop writing dumb responses to every review telling people to reach out on twitter.nWe ALREADY reached out by writing a review.nThere's no need to respond to me. Used drive through, super covid safe. Always greeted with kindness, store is efficient and always good quality, well made food.

I got the free meal box deal for downloading The Taco Bell App on my phone. The cinnamon chuch sticks tasted a little too hard. Other than that. The Taco's were very good. Service was very nice! Thank you all!
