The scheduling process was smooth! Quick response and friendly personality. Steve assembled my treadmill for me and even showed me some functions. He worked fast and knew what he was doing! Great service highly recommend for any needs.
Great work! First of all, be moved his schedule around a bit to fit us in on the same day we called. We had just moved in so we were still learning the house as well. He did an awesome job! The carpets looked and smelled clean. I was at work and my boyfriend had to pick up some stuff from the storage unit, so we asked if he could just lock the door and go out the garage. Well turns out our garage opener is basically busted, so he spent extra time there making sure that the door was closed. He even texted us after and let us know the “trick” of closing it. His customer service was phenomenal! We will definitely be asking him to come back when we need it again.
General Maintenance came to my home to assemble a grill. The technician was extremely polite, very diligent, and professional. He exhibited great attention to detail and even walked through the product and specifications and care instructions with me. I would definitely recommend this company!
