Always good food but the service was not a good experience. I expect all workers, no matter what kind of restaurant, to have good service. I rarely go to Arby's because they are crazy expensive. Why am I paying so much money for fast food??

Despite them getting the the drinks with no ice wrong, they did not offer to give any sauces.The lady had an attitude when she was told that it was no ice placed on the order placed a whole lot of ice in both of the drinks. Then she didn't fill the large cup of Sprite up. I cannot recommend her to be of customer service she needs to listen to the customer and loose the additude!!!!

Hubby and I have been eating here frequently because of their super friendly service and fresh tasty delicious food. Great way to change it up for lunch and dinner :) They always get the order right

Super slow service, rude drive through people cut you off and don’t let you place the order even though there’s no cars waiting!
