This is close to me so it’s convenient, given that- I’ve been here a hand full of times.nnThey get my order right 90% of the time. When it’s wrong, I simply contact Portillo’s customer service and they get back to me in less than a week. I’d just recommend to check your order when you receive it to make sure everything is right, sometimes I genuinely forget to.nnI’d recommend downloading their app and placing an order for pick up inside. It will save you time. Do not pick the drive thru option, we did that once and they told us we’d have to go inside anyways. It was annoying to wait in line of cars to go back to the car parking lot to pick up my order.nnFish burger has gotten smaller too but price really hasn’t so that’s great....nnOverall people are hard working there and get my order most of the times, when not, customer service takes the feedback well. Overall solid 4/5.

Good food. Quality maintained.nAlways busy. Make.sure while drive through pick up do check your bag before moving, sometimes they forget to add everything. Happened twice with me. Still worth the effort.

It's Portillo's. Good food. Lines and wait can be a bit long. I love the onion rings. And I have recently started eating the Chicago Combo Bowl with hot peppers. It's really good. But the sandwiches are good too.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I stopped in to pick up a Italian beef. The sandwich was hot and fresh. It was delicious. I went through the drive through because of the no dine in. This place has the in and out to an Art. They are so fast. The line is around the corner but somehow they managed to take your order and get you out . I'm pretty sure portillo's business hasn't suffered in the least. I love this place.

The most efficient drive thru. Orders quickly placed. During covid the inside is not open but they do allow food pick up. We drove to the drive thru and sat on the patio. The food is so good people come from different states to get the beef sandwiches. Try the chocolate cake. Moist and melts in your mouth.
