Snow Blowers Direct

Really disappointed in this company. We spent about $3500 on a snowblower and a week later it went on sale. The company refused to price match for us. We will never shop with them again.

Terrible customer service. Paid $1500 and received a faulty / defective snow blower. At some points it will move forward, and other times it stops. This happened right out of the box, immediately following the setup. Strangely it would reverse if it wouldn’t go forward but then that would also fail to go. Used it for all of 10 mins while trying to figure out what was going wrong. Called customer service and was told “call the manufacturer”. This company does not stand behind its products. If it was damaged in shipping, they’d blame the shipper. If the unit is faulty (even if it’s just been unpacked from the box) it’s the manufacturer problem. As they told me “you’ve put gas in it, and used it”. First off, how would you know if you have a defective unit if you didn’t put gas in it? And secondly, “used it”? Really? Come see my driveway. It isn’t used.nLong story short they are refusing to refund me for the product and I have to arrange to send the brand new unit to a local ariens dealer to fix. They were so great they refunded me the $65 fee to get the unit to the service center. But I have no idea what happens next. In all my years of ordering items online, I’ve never witnessed a company that has such little regard for its customers. It is simply - get the money, ship the item, wash their hands. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a new snow blower that they look at other companies. Tractor supply has a much better customer service where they actually care if they’ve sent you a defective item. Next time I’ll buy a used snow blower so when it doesn’t work I won’t regret the fact I spent much more $ buying a rogue unit from a company with zero customer service

I bought a Honda snow blower on-line. It took only 4 days to deliver. The service and communication was excellent and the sale was at a great price!

Got one of the last Ariens single stage snow blowers manufactured from Snow Blowers Direct. Worked great during the big blizzard last year. Enjoyable shopping experience.
