I’m always happy with my results here! It’s clean, fresh, relaxing, and all the nail techs are nice. What I love about this place is that they only do natural nails and they don’t use those electric nail drills that weaken your natural nail to take off gel nail polish off. I have very sensitive skin and they are very gentle. This is my go-to nail place!
Despite the excellent mani pedi service, I will no longer patronize J&J based on my principle of transparency, ethics and consumer respect.nnBeware of last-minute bait and switch pricing at this shop.nnAs a new customer, a called J&J twice, during a two-week period, prior to my first appointment. Both times to confirm the service’s pricing.nnOnly to find out upon cashing out that the service’s price had increased 10%. When asked about the unexpected price hike, the shop’s owner curtly responded that there had been ‘…a price increase 6 weeks ago….’. I paid it.nnNot right, not fair. All told, to be honest, it’s really not about the money, I could care less about that. Rather, it’s about the proper, correct and honest treatment of new patrons.nnDon’t let this happen to you.
Best pedicure I've ever had. She took her time and was thorough with every step, not rushing and really taking care to do a nice job. Ultimately relaxing and I have pretty painted toes as a result.
I love that they have all the latest colors! Clean and Newer!
Never been happier with a nail salon! Literally have tried nearly every one in a 15 mile radius. My nails have never looked better, staff is great, price is fair, color selection is top notch. They actually want what’s best for the health and longevity of your nail/service.
