Nail Bar

I posted a picture of what my nails looked like only a few days after service. My white nails turned orange out of no where. I explained this to the salon over the phone yesterday, I came in this morning for them to “fix”. I want to start off with the fact the my nails were rushed and man who did them left topcoat on sides of my nails that he left on my first time. I’ve been getting white no chips for over 10 years and this has never happened to me especially after not doing much and for this to happen over a matter of 3 days.nnWhen I came in for my appointment I waited an additional 35 minutes to even get the service started. I was asked to choose a color so I did. They didn’t have it anymore (not many choices to begin with).nnI chose another color and again was told they didn’t have it as well. At this point I became upset. I didn’t like any other colors. When I sat down (same person who messed up my nails) was not professional and had an attitude with me for wanting the correction done. He rushed me and seemed upset that I couldn’t choose a color. After being told the colors I wanted weren’t in stock, it was hard for me to choose another color so quick.nnAfter he kept giving me an attitude for wanting a color change on my poorly done nails, I got upset and told him I’d go elsewhere. He agreed, I walked out the salon. It was clear to me that they don’t keep their word on appointments (second time waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment). Poor quality of nail products. Extremely unprofessional salon.nn$50 spent on nails that were poorly done and didn’t receive my money back. Will look elsewhere for a better salon.

got a full set with Linda, I was completely unprepared and undecided on what to get. She was patient and really personable.nI put 4 stars only because we confirmed price after we had already started rhinestone on 3 /4 fingers on one hand. was a more than I planned on spending but I was very satisfied with my nails. definitely going back.

we called ahead and they told us it wasn’t a wait and we were happy to come right in and get serviced quickly. they took our temperature and told us to wash our hands and i was very happy that they are following the covid procedures because most places don’t. they are very clean and it’s a really nice place! what i didn’t like was the guy who did my nails didn’t seem to know how to do a acrylic overlay. he said he did but it’s not what i am used to getting. i am very picky when it comes to my nails and my usual nail lady is a little far from me so i decided to try someone new. i was very disappointed with how my nails looked in the end. he didn’t take off the old acrylic, instead it saw my nails down and put new acrylic over old. so now whenever i look at my nails i can actually see where he saw my nails at and i can see the built up old acrylic. he also didn’t ask if i wanted them shaped, and made them super pointy at the sides. it’s a nice place but i won’t be back.

I came home for break and wanted to get a full set done and do something really extra. They have lots of options with customization and I love how they turned out :) my nail artist was really nice with helping me find the things to actualize what I had envisioned!

The receptionist did not have a pleasant attitude, hence why I gave my experience a 2 out of 5. Upon arrival, not much was said to me or my boyfriend. Temperatures were taken and we were asked to wash our hands which is understandable. We were not instructed on where to go next or what to do. Given that our appointment was made in advance, she should’ve communicated with us who would be servicing us and how long the wait would be. Upon leaving, the receptionist was short with us and bickered a bit with one of the women who serviced us. That’s not a good look and very unprofessional for a business. However, we are pleased with our mani and pedis. Lynn and Jasmine were a joy to be around and they were very pleasant towards us.
