This location is the best! Every single employee is fantastic and has great customer service. Always helpful and informative. I cant say enough about the employees, they are awesome!
Convenient hours. Plenty of parking. The staff is very polite and very helpful. I usually see the same two people - both are friendly, they remember your name, and they help you pick a tanning lotion. If you're not interested in buying lotions, they don't pressure you.nThe lay down beds & stand up booths are always super clean. They're quick about resetting the rooms so there's hardly ever a wait time. The rooms are well kept & everything is well maintained.nI've been to a few salons... I prefer this one over the others.nThe *only* suggestion I have would be to install an over-the-door coat hook. Heavy clothing items weigh down the tiny key hooks in the rooms.
The bulbs are really worn down and rarely replaced which is a shame. The staff is actually really great and this used to be my favorite place to go. Been using this company for years. Now I’m considering going elsewhere
Always friendly. No problems for me.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The tanning bed I used had a huge crack on the outside which I was concerned that someone might cut themselves on it. Once I was about to leave I was going to let staff know but they were busy cleaning so I just left. If I noticed it I know that they have seen it as well and the owner mostly does not want to replace it. I will not be returning to this location not because the staff wasn’t great because they were but because I can’t imagine supporting an owner who is so irresponsible to not want to keep his customers safe.
