Customer service is great! Friendly environment
I get my nails done here all the time. The staff is great at remembering what each customer prefers. I prefer to have my nails on the shorter side and a little thinner than most. They even tried a new color on my nails to let me see if I liked that particular color. I picked a color that looked great on the card but realized once it was on 2 of my nails the color was too dark. They were happy to change the color and even put cuticle oil on my nails before I left.
Love the owners that are aldo the workers. A married couple working together and so nice amd kind. My mom has alzheimers and they are very understanding (i have no excuse for my forgetfulness) however we've left items behind several times and they call us to come back! purses, wallets, credit cards and forgot to mention my moms nails look beautiful each time ! We had gone thru several other salons before stumbling upon Best Nails and will always return back !

Terrible job. I went a month or so ago to get French tips on my toes. They turned out terrible! When I complained they acted as if they didn't see the issue?? I decided to give them another try since they are so close to my house. This time I got a gel manicure. By that night it had already started coming off! Three days later...ever nail had chipped. Will NEVER go back.
