Rick, has always taken care of all of our needs. He is a good guy to have work done by. If he does not return your calls, that means he’s busy, and that’s a great sign. Good and busy plumbers are the people you want to have do your work for you. Keep up the good work Rick.

When I was without heat and tried getting ahold of him two times he never got back to me . Most people that are running a business would get back to you regardless.

I have NEVER been able to reach these people and they don't return calls. Don't understand how they stay in business.
