Tyson is Top Notch ! We had Guthrie Plumbing do all our plumbing on a complete Master Bathroom remodel, and we are glad we did ! In this COVID environment , Kohler product delays, Technician safety protocols, and downright nervousness about having outside contractors come into your house, Tyson and Scott handled it with ease ! Tyson is awesome. Excellent, prompt service at a very affordable price. I had a failed ejector pump in my basement. Tyson came with everything he needed, replaced the pump, cleaned up, and even walked me through some simple water mitigation steps so I didn't have to call and spend extra on a water mitigation company. Highly recommend and will use again for all of my plumbing needs. THANK YOU TYSON! :)
I would not recommend. They did the plumbing for a complete master bath renovation for us. Great people/plumbers (initially). However, they didn't connect the tub drain correctly and it leaked into our downstairs dining area. The same (very nice) plumber came out and fixed it and said they would absolutely pay for the cost of drywall repair/painting. However, they won't return my calls so I'm left eating a bill of a few hundred dollars.
I use Tyson on all my plumbing projects for clients. Being a Decorator and Stager, I'm always confident sending him out on jobs knowing it will be done right and he'll be professional on my behalf!
I highly recommend Guthrie Plumbing. My water softener started leaking on a Saturday. Not only did the owner squeeze me into his already hectic schedule to ensure that my situation did not become an emergency, but he also fixed my problem at a very reasonable rate. The service I received was professional and friendly. I definitely will be using Guthrie Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
