DO NOT GO! Worst experience ever! My hair was so messed up. I cried so hard bc of how awful it looked. Jazmyn who dod my hair didn’t even go all the way to the root on majority of the highlights. They looked like they were already 2 inches grown out when I left the salon. I had some weird zigzag of color in my hair. I had spaces between highlights and patches of hair with absolutely no color in it at all. All on the top of my head! A girl’s worst nightmare. Plus they charge you $30 for toner! What? And their idea of toner is using it as shampoo. Hmm how can toner tone your color when it is washed out 2 seconds after it goes on??? I was leaving for vacation in a week and had to spend another $100 elsewhere and 3 hours to get my hair fixed. The stylist who fixed it actually teaches color and said the girl did an awful job and I should get my money. Which I deserve after everything I went through. After my vacation I contacted the salon for a week straight with no call back from the manager Marafel (sp.?) So I decided to go back and speak to her in person. Well let’s just say this salon is extremely unprofessional. The employees and owner there are rude, mean and shouldn’t be in business. Marafel refused to give me my money back and refused to tell me who the owner was. Oddly enough this guy walks up and Marafal turns and says crazy is here. What kind of manager and owner would call names to a customer right in front of their face??? And the owner Dean didn’t even correct her in fact he came up to me and started yelling. Like who are you to treat people that way? I didn’t even know who he was and had to ask him. Once he told me he was the owner he began to yell more and told me to get out as loud as he could. Without a mask on by the way. Real professional Dean. Way to make your business look good. Anyways, I stood there in shock like this owner is actually yelling at me without even hearing the situation or trying to talk to me? Really?? He was treating me like I was his kid. Not cool. Then he threatened to call the cops bc he wanted me out. I just stared at him thinking ok then call. Guess he didn’t like me not saying anything back bc he then screamed at the top of his lungs “answer me”. So then he calls the cops only to lie to them about me swearing at him and being belligerent. Hmm Dean yea that was only you acting immature. So I said I never swore at you or anyone so then he proceeded to tell the cops ok she never swore. Lying to the cops now. I think Dean needs anger management. Anyways glad he called the cops bc the cop was super nice and gave me some pointers on what to do in this situation including leaving reviews all over and calling the BBB. Which will be next step. So do yourself a favor and do not go to this salon. Save your money and your hair by looking elsewhere.

My first time at this Salon and I was very happy with my hair! Dean did an excellent job transforming my blonde with dark roots to a much more natural look..which can be hard to do! The salon was relaxing and clean! I'll definitely be back!

I had Dean for a haircut, Highlight, and Shampoo. I got this off of Groupon, and all I have to say is AMAZING JOB!! Will not disappoint. Dean was very nice and good at his job! Will come back!

I went in today for a haircut and Isabel did my hair. I loved the whole experience, we talked the whole time from when she started washing my hair all the way to when she was blow drying my hair. I felt very comfortable and happy to have had a conversation instead of sitting there in quiet. Also, LOVED how my hair turned out. Thank you so much Isabel!
