Fairly certain that this place has never seen a ruler before: I wanted a trim on my collarbone length hair. I believe I said an inch or an inch and half. I left with chin length hair, four inches of hair on the ground and the desire to never leave the house again. At the very least, the service was decently friendly. The cut wasn't horrible itself, but it wasn't at all what I wanted or asked for.
Great stylists and very accommodating during this Damn Covid 19 pandemic.
Nicole always does a great job. Price can't be beat.
Once they cut my hair way way too short, like buzz cut when I asked for a “little off the top”.
I came here back in June that was not happy with my trim. The stylist trim a lot more than I thought and it took me 3 months just to get my hair back to regular length. I will not return to this location because they trimmed too much off of your hair.
