Best Sub sandwiches that I have ever had and very healthy! They blow Subway out of the water with quality, generous portions, great service and fair prices!!!

Very clean and service was timely. Sandwhich was very good however I found them to be pricey. Ample parking in back of store.

Called multiple times before 8:30 and no answer. Back door was locked, I knocked and walked to the front. Female ran to the front door to lock it quickly as I walked around to the front. I stated that it was not 9pm yet she still tried to lock the door. She stated that everything was closed down. I asked for a manager and Mark first stated that he was the manager. Mark stated that the bread was stale. I asked if I could feel it and he said sure, but didn’t let me feel it because he was not being truthful. He then went to say that the grill was turned off at 8:30 as instructed by the manager Jasmine. I informed him that I called multiple times prior to 8:30 and he stated that they were busy. There were 5 employees present and no one answered the phone. I have never experienced this at Jersey Mike’s before. I lived in Houston 6 years and would go all the time. It’s unfortunate that I move back to my home city and have to experience this. I was trying to order my birthday sub in addition to 2 more giant subs.nn2 stars because I know the food is good, but the service today was not so good. He was professional, but I did not receive any food.nn3/4/21 8:47pm

I enjoyed my first visit to this location. The coworkers were very professional, & their customer service was excellent. The sub was really tasty, & I enjoyed the variety of soft drinks they had. I'll definitely visit again, & I highly recommend this place

I love jersey mikes I usually order food from the Crestwood location but I ordered from oak lawn instead. I think I'll stick with the location in Crestwood. I've ordered twice from oak lawn and the bread was hard and crumbling and my sandwich was dry and just didn't have that freshness. I thought maybe it was just an off day second time around same thing. I've never had issues anywhere else just this location.
