Lady showing her son the job. I understood, that was good to him learning and a parent teaching outside of school. Place was clean, it was busy, they made it happen.
Store was clean and the food was good. We enjoyed our meal and had great service and the staff was nice.
The young lady that was working in there Tuesday morning is absolutely incredible got swamped and just handling it was something to see if I was a Subway owner I would definitely want this girl to manage my Subway five stars
Called to see if they had the buy 2 get 1 free subway sandwich because it shows on subway's website that this location was one of the ones participating when clicking to order for the discounted sandwiches. When letting the person on the phone know that this location was on the website for part of the deal, they rudely hung up.
I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they are having a bad day. But that is no excuse to not give good customer service. I have been to this subway many times and each time I feel like I am being rushed. Today was the last straw. I am not going back unless the staff changes or they become nicer.
