Great pizza as always. They will allow you to walk in and order but limit number of people in store. They asked me to go back out and wait in my car for 5 minutes. All employees were properly wearing masks. Their masks covered both mouth and nose as per CDC recommendations

This used to be my go to location and after my last 4 orders I won’t be back. The first one they forgot the sauce, the second one I specifically asked for and got charged an additional topping which was not added, third one they ran out of chicken and even though they had my phone number which was confirmed during order they waited until I got there and asked what meat to sub for a chicken bacon ranch...uh chicken is the basis of the entire pizza, so I ordered a completely different one which they made me wait 30 minutes for and charged me the difference, today’s pizza, well the dough only stretches 2/3 of the pizza, the toppings were dumped in one pile and the bacon in huge thin chunks. Place has gone way downhill.

I order the same thing every week the classic round cheesy bread. BUT this time this new old guy was working there and my whole transaction was brutal. First he took 20 minutes to make it ??? Usually i pick it up in 5 minutes or less BUT I could live with that if the cheesy bread was not soaked and drenched in garlic grease... OMG !!! It actually started a huge fire in the oven that we put out. We tried to eat it but as you can see in the picture even after putting multiple papper towels underneath it it was drenched in grease and uneatable. I would say I wasted approx 15 papper towels and still grease isn't soakednnLike I said I order this every Saturday and it's never ever been like this ? I was angry I had to throw it out when I was hungry.

We just bought a Vegetarian Mediterranean/Pineapple pizza and the Mediterranean side had no sauce. It’s really disappointing because I ordered that specific pizza for the sauce. I would like to reimbursed for this.

They forgot to add pizza sauce and the pizza dough didn’t even fill the pizza tray. So I basically got a large but paid for a family size. Going to have to just travel further to get proper service and be able to enjoy papa Murphy’s pizza the way it was intended.
