My boyfriend and I waited 20 to 25 mins for a 3 piece chicken meal and some fried okra. When I got the okra I eat half and it was fine until I see a hair. I was so disgusted I called them and they just gave me a new one. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t give me my money back.
Take out for good fried chicken. Weird cuts for the pieces, but good sized portions. Can get fried okra. Great buns.
Very good fried chicken, rolls and coleslaw! Will definitely be eating here again.
The night manager was extremely helpful and understanding. I Arrived at Ezells about 10 minutes before closing time not only did they prepare some gizzard for me but they loaded me up with the roles.
I wanted to surprise my husband with ezells for his lunch I called the restaurant and knowing that his lunch was at 12:15 30 minutes before his lunch they said it will be ready in 20 minutes when I arrive 22 minutes later they had nothing ready and made me wait another 10 minutes after that I was no longer able to meet him on time for his lunch but the most incredible thing is that when I got there they literally started cooking it so if you’re going to order from here there’s no point in calling ahead because they do not care to make your order and there was no apology even though I told him that they just had caused my husband not to be able to eat a lunch because of their negligence
