I've eaten at many Red Robin Restaurants including this location. Since we're dealing with Covid we have been doing more deliveries and have had Red Robin delivered at least 3 times. Mostly everything is great however, I like my burgers cooked all the way and have specified this every time I order all 3 times it has had pink in it which of course makes me not want to eat it. I didn't want to complain because I understand places are busy with all the deliveries these days. This 3rd time I called and spoke with the manager Gary and he handled it nicely. I didn't need any kind of compensation I just wanted him to know since it seems to be an ongoing issue. The rest if the food was great including those cinnamon rings with the chocolate and caramel sauces for dipping! Delicious!
Had a Royal Red Robin Burger the old way with the egg fried. Definitely my favorite way to have it. Added a strawberry shake to go with it. Everything was great and the hostess was super friendly.
I’m giving it a 5 because of the exceptional service we got! Kristen was beyond amazing. We were a handful (kids asking her millions of questions, us adults, asking millions of questions about menu and all). She dealt with us all with so much patience and sincere kindness when it came to things we didn’t like or ordered wrong. Wow. I can’t say enough about this gal! The fish, shrimp & chips baskets was really yummy, but their strawberry lemonade taste a bit off their game. And I am a HUGE fan of those when it’s Red Robin day for my fam. Over all though, the food was good and our time their was exactly what two moms with newborns, that just want a smooth and easy lunch was what we needed!! Again, thanks Kristen for your service during these COVID days. Waitresses like you are hard to find now days!!
I love their burgers and garlic fries! Bottomless items and their bartending skills are great. Thanks for always looking out!
