Left my car here to be washed and it happened to snow. When I came back to pick it up I asked why they left it outside. The young man behind the counter said they needed the space for other cars to work on inside and said it just started snowing then I said it’s been snowing for a few hours and he changed his response to say “yeah it was snowing when you dropped it off” and I responding saying that it wasn’t and the car shouldn’t have been moved outside while it was snowing. The man did not offer anything to make up for this and suggested it was my fault. He tone and demeanor towards me was not professional. We will not be frequenting this place again.
Great price and great service I've taken both of my vehicles there
I brought my car in for full detail shampoo seats the whole shebang. I have a stereo system that was installed not by factory so I have a video screen, when I brought it in there was nothing wrong with the screen but when I go to pick it up there is what appears to be a splash mark on the inside of the screen. When I told the associate he contacted the manager telling him what he saw, I then talked to the manager and basically he says he doesn't know what to tell me its no way that liquid could have gotten in my screen. Then where the hell did it come from. He said its nothing he can do, and now my screen is messed up oh well. Very unprofessional I will not be returning and would not suggest to anyone to get car detailed here
