Went in for a TRIM. My hair is feathered all around evenly blending in.. I went in with my hair to top of my shoulders. Explained to older Hispanic women that I want the same but just needs a trim. First she took wide tooth comb grabbed a bunch of hair and just chopped. I repeated I want only a trim and my hair is feathered all around blending together. I ended up with basically a man’s haircut. It’s is cut to the very top of my neck and it is cut around my ears and once I got home I realized one side is shorter and one is feathered and one side just has big gaps between layers. How is this a trim of what I had ? Went in with top off shoulder length feathered hair that blended but left with hair so short can’t even use my round brush to try to blow dry, it’s badly uneven and now I have to go back tomorrow to get it corrected. Who knows I might end up leaving with a crew cut this time NEVER GO THERE. I’ had gone to a beauty school for cut and got a better cut and was what I wanted Low prices because they hire stylist that barely passed their cosmetician class. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY GET SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY CUT HAIR...

Normally I love this place, great service and great cuts for an affordable price. But this afternoon I went there and I got my haircut by a woman named Britney. This might have been the worst haircut I have ever received in my life, as I am almost embarrassed to go out in public with this haircut. I asked for a little trim, about 1/2 all around and she ended up cutting about 3 inches all around. I also asked for angled bangs so that I do not end up with a bowl cut. And guess what. I walk out of their as if the guide to my haircut was a bowl itself. Will not be going back ANY time soon.
