I contacted Donna Mills at the leasing office to informed her that when she had emailed me a copy of my lease that she had also included another tenant's personal information. This information included that person paystubs and contact information. Which I used to reach out to the unsuspecting tenant and informed him that I was sent his information via email. Donna behave nonchalant and if it was no big deal because in did not include his social security number. Excuse, me?? So this is okay because it did not include his social security number. I am extremely concern at the lack of professionalism that Donna displayed in our conversation. At this point someone could be opening an email with my person data, but it's no big deal. Beware of your personal data when dealing with Donna Mills at the Futon Station Apartment management office because its no big deal. Unfortunate you can not give this a zero star rating because that is exactly what this staff deserves.

Me and my wife lived at Governors place Apartments in Homewood IL for about 4 years which was owned by this company. The property is beautiful inside and out well kept and maintained. The previous and new manager in the office were very nice and always there to assist with anything. The maintenance supervisor for the property is very respectful and professional in his line of work as well. Highly recommended if you are looking to move your family to a quiet rental place.

This service has only been managing our building for about one month. The response time to apartment problems is zero to none. Elevator problems are constant. No manager on site. No maintenance that is exclusive for daily needs, and they are every day.nDo not rent any apartment in any building managed by this service.

I gave a 60 day notice cleaned my apartment and they still have not refunded my security deposit after I moved out and we are on day number 51...... They don't answer the phone or return calls.... They say they have 45 days to refund

If you enjoy horrible customer service and being taken advantage of then this is the right company for you. Absolutely ridiculous.
