I just wanted to leave a little note on my impressions of your apt complex. My husband and I are in the market for a new place and are looking for a dog friendly community. The day we were scheduled to visit it was snowing and was worried that our appointment may have to be cancelled. I called and Karen said come on in. Karen was super friendly and answered every question that we had. What really impressed me was while touring the property I saw how the maintenance team was clearing snow. Everything was easily accessible and stairs cleared even while the snow was really coming down. Not the same situation at another complex we had visited. We looked at apt and took our time and as I said earlier Karen was very helpful with all questions. While walking to our car I saw a member of the Clayson crew cleaning our car of snow with his blower. I couldn’t believe it. I waved a thank you and he turned off his machine and introduced himself. He said his name was Mike and thanked us for coming out to visit the Clayson in this weather. He said he hoped we liked the place and looked forward to helping us in any way if we decided to move in. I was so impressed with everything at the Clayson and wanted to say thanks for the great experience.

Carlos the maintenance man was very helpful! He secured my entertainment center with wall anchors I purchased even when the work order was just for the stove. Very nice and helpful!

Mike is always friendly and goes the extra mile. He's a credit to the entire maintenance staff.

Great place to live. The new management team here really cares for the property and their tenant. I have had a few maintenance request done at my apartment with no issues, from my personal experience they will work with you in any situation.

I am a former resident of the Clayson. Without a doubt was the best place I’ve lived. The office staff was helpful and courteous all the time. The grounds are beautiful and were always well maintained and I was proud to live there. The maintenance staff is top notch. Mike and his staff were always punctual and eager to help and fixed any issues I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Clayson!!!
