We would HIGHLY recommend Jim's services for anyone looking to purchase a home (as he was recommended to us). His insight was extremely valuable, he did an incredibly thorough job, is easy to communicate with, and is priced very afforable for the quality you're receiving. The way he does inspections, you'd think he's a family member with a concern for your future in this home.nnAt a base level, you'd expect an inspector to give you a heads up on any major concerns that should be brought up to the seller. Jim not only does that, but he gives you a very detailed report, with pictures, explaining other items in the house that aren't necessarily issues, but things to watch out for. Along with his report, he sits down and explains all these things and makes sure you leave very knowledgable about the house.nnWe will definitely be reaching back out to Jim for any future inspections and plan to recommend him to all our friends and family.
