Excellent and thorough Customer Service. Great communication too, and they were able to help me out in a pinch.
Took care of our toilet plumbing issues and thanks to him we found out there was a leak that had damaged the floor, so he reinforced that before putting the new toilet in. He was kind and prompt. We just sprung a leak from one of our outdoor faucets and plan to call them in the morning to come take care of it.
The office staff is professional, kind, and easy to work with. Jason and Matt were professional and took any unexpected challenges in stride. They explained things to me clearly and without being condescending. Loved that they stayed to make sure the roofer did his job well, too.
The service was absolutely wonderful. Every question was answered and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Intelligent Service.
I had both furnace and air conditioner installed. Bob McCarthy (the technician) was very knowledgeable, well versed on the equipment and courteous. They moved my a/c unit to reduce the noise level into the house and in the processed better secured it then the previous unit. The units themselves are working very well and am very happy with them. The company, Intelligent Services has been superb, prompt, professional and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
