I traveled 20 minutes to get to you even though 2-3 other locations are nearby my house. My boyfriend insists you guys do it best. After ordering and receiving our food which was a silly specific order the way the picky old man likes his food, you guys made his food correct. The counter service was a very polite genuine young lady, and of course provided good fast food. So thank you and good job whoever is on staff tonight. Sorry I didn't catch your name and I declined getting a receipt. We were there at 7PM Tuesday 1/26. Good job. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

The owner and managers of this location (Dundee Road Palatine) love to go home early and close the business down. It is never open at night (even though they are supposed to stay open until 1am). Go to the other Taco Bell in Palatine, they are open and give great service.

Taco Bell has been successfully consistent in their taste, packaging and service for over 20 years. What they need to do is join the rest of the world and open their dining rooms back up. We're tired of eating in our cars. Crunchy tacos are soggy by the time we get home. I like to wash my hands after a meal too.

This taco bell has messed up my orders so many times. How hard is understand when it says substitute meat for beans. And I don't know how they make it in seconds when I order from drive-through; no wonder it doesn't look and taste fresh

They offer a nice range of delicious food. I love dining here. Staff members are always very nice, prices are reasonable and the spot is always clean.
