3/2021 Good staff and good deals.nn11/2020 - Always good. Safe and clean. Appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Wish it was covered in the drive thru more, but I know that is expensive.nn2017 We rarely go inside. Mostly the drive through. But they are always friendly and helpful. Good deals at Taco Bell. Not very Mexican food. But Taco Bell is still always good!

Ok, so, is it too much to ask to change the fountain syrup? This is the third time I've been sent home with very light colored Pepsi. It's horrible tasting and undrinkable. It has caused me to say no more, which isn't saying much, because I don't get a TB craving many times in a year. Kind of makes the consistency of the error fishy.

We are going through hard times and people are asking to support businesses but when you have businesses that instead of helping their customers they act like we are a bother.nnI went to the Northwest location with my mother and simply asked that I was ordering two orders on one card because I was dropping my mom at her home and I was taking my food to my home. I was told that the food gets placed in bags how the people preparing food places them. So then I said, then I’ll order two orders. They guy taking the orders didn’t say anything and confirmed the first order then he says the total and asks me to go around, I say, I need to order my next order and he tells me I have to go around again! Mind you, when I got there there was not one car and there was no one behind me. I simply just took my mom order and left as she was craving Taco Bell and went somewhere else.nnLast time I support this location. It seems to me that they are ignorant and lazy and don’t really need a job.

I love this Taco Bell. I live in Rolling Meadows and they closed our location down on Kirchoff. It has great food. I love the $5 box. It changes once in awhile which makes it fun.
