I’ve been going to this Great Clips Palatine location for quite some time. Everyone’s professional and polite. Their online check-in is a breeze to use. Good social distancing and everybody’s wearing masks. Irina is my favorite. She’s friendly and a great hairstylist. I’m looking forward to my next haircut.
Worst haircut of my life. I went on 04/10/2021 at around 5.30pm. The barber was very rude and didn’t even bother inquiring about what I wanted or follow the hairstyle that I have been getting as per my history with great clips. In total, she took around 5min or less to cut my hair and simply put, it’s the worst haircut I’ve had in my life. I would have to visit another place just to fix this mess up.nI would highly recommend people to avoid this place.
Amazing location for cut! Just make sure that you tell them what you want and they will deliver! Been to many great clips and this was the best one.
Loly is wonderful. She is sweet and does a great job!
