I’ve been going to Laura for over 6 years for my Brazilian wax and she does a phenomenal job. I’ve also gotten a facial...and she definitely made me feel like I was on top of the world. She’s very gentle, friendly, patient and always keeps a smile on her face! The front staff is always nice and pleasant as well.

Tried this place because I bought a Groupon for a really good deal. The staff was very accommodating booking me an appointment and friendly throughout my service. But if this is their standard for manicures and pedicures, I will not be returning. My appointment was a 12 noon, someone finally started my nails close to 1pm. Some nails are diagonal, some nails are totally jagged, they’re all uneven lengths, both pinky toenails only half painted, polish on my cuticles, polish on skin and hanging over/off nails, my SKIN was filed with the nail file and cut/ripped open in multiple places, jagged/ripped cuticles. My fingers and toes hurt.

I went in to get a balayage done using a Groupon. I sat in the stylist Nicole’s chair for several hours. I was told I needed to choose which part of my services she wanted to focus on. Keep in mind I’ve gotten my hair done multiple times for many years and I’ve never been asked to pick or choose. Covering gray is always included with your hairstyle. My haircut was also very uneven to say the least. She blocked out her entire afternoon and evening to work on my hair and frankly it’s just unacceptable. I’ll never be back and I don’t recommend this salon at all the stylist are not skilled and are very uneducated about the products used in your hair.

Had my nails done with Holly in the Dream Girls part of the salon. She was 25 minutes late to start my appointment (although I was in a comfy massage chair still not ideal) and was a little aggressive on my cuticles which bled quite a lot. But she gave me a great exfoliating leg/foot massage and the no chip mani and regular pedicure looks good aside from the damaged cuticles. Good selection of nail colors and good brands but it’s hard to tell the color of the no chip ones just from the bottles so I had to do some googling to help me choose a color.

I have been going to Salon Elite for years and I love this place, Because of my schedule I usually have to call last minute but they always seem to accommodate me. Georgia the owner always goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy, so if your looking for a great and warm place to call your new salon please check them out.
