Joyful Nail & Spa is a very clean environment, it was so relaxing. I only got a no chip manicure but I'll be honest I was extremely impressed. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and calming. My manicure lasted over 2 weeks.... And that way with me putting them through hell (shoveling and picking at ice, cutting down a fence, and more). The only reason I haven't come back is because I am now pregnant.... But I will definitely be coming back as soon as possible. ud83dude03

Staff was very welcoming. But, My experience was horrible. I asked for a soak off because my acrylics have grown out. They said that they would take $5 off the soak off price because I only had 5 nails still on. In fact, they did not discount the price at all. I have soaked off acrylics multiple times before and they did not do it correctly. they filled a small bowl with acetone and told me to dip my nails in it for 15 minutes. There was no cotton or tin foil in this process. When the time was up, they used this metal scraper to get the fake nail off. The nail tech kept forcefully pushing back and forth until it came off. It was very painful and many times I had pulled my hand away off of instinct. She eventually gave up and left a lot of the acrylic nail residue on my natural nail. She said that she would just put normal polish over it. She charged me $30 for a soak and polish change. I did tip her quite well too. Not a place I would recommend. Too harsh on my nails and gave up when they couldn’t finish the job.
