Everything. Kristen is amazing and the establishment is very clean and very welcoming. The owner is usually there, at least every time I was, and she couldn’t be nicer. The employees don’t ever complain to the clients which is something you encounter in a lot of salons, but thankfully not at this one. Customer service is above and beyond and you’ll leave feeling beautiful ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f I highly recommend the salon as I have to friends and family.
Shannon is a great stylist. Myla does a wonderful job on my eyebrows. The salon is very clean and the owner is very aware of the customers and will assist you in any way possible. I'm very comfortable going there even during the pandemic.
The quality of the service is always great. I usually ask for Kristin’s recommendations for my hair. I’m always pleased with the end result. Particularly this year, the salon and she have gone above and beyond to keep all of their clients safe and still kept a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoy each of my appointments and always look forward to returning.
I appreciate the friendly professionalism of the staff. The salon's atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The front desk handles schedules quickly and effectively. COVID precautions in effect ensure the safety of all. Most importantly, I love my stylist Kylie. I would try anyone on staff at Salon Lorrene. Lorie, the owner leads by example and she is excellent.
Megan gave me exactly the haircut I needed...and asked for. She took her time, and was so exact on my short hair cut. I love it.
