So I decided to put my rental property up for sale last year. I reached out to numerous agents. Most said the house wouldn’t sell, they had no experience selling log homes, or that if it sold it’d be for exceptionally less than what it’s worth. Keep in mind there were about 50-60k in repairs needed.nnI reached out to Myth as part of this process. He was the only one that sent me comps the same day.
