I’ve been going to TS for awhile now for pig food/dog food/ random household needs and their staff is always so helpful. Everytime I bring the pups in the staff is so quick to help me with carrying anything while my hands are full. Also, Mark has exemplary customer service! My husband and I refuse to go elsewhere!
Went to get propane, the guy said it is gonna be 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes. Than he said it is gonna be another 30 minutes, waited another 30 minutes. Than he said it is gonna be another 15 minutes. Clearly the 2 guys who were working there were having fun by treating me like this.
Staffed by cheerful and unfailingly helpfuI people, TSC is one of my fav brick and mortar destinations. We live in the city with a dozen chickens, three cats, a bunny and a confused dog- we buy our animal supplies out here even though it's a 30 min drive because online AND in-person they make it easy. Thanks everyone!
Extremely disappointed by the fact that you guys close at 9pm but won’t refill propane at 8pm. A whole HOUR before closing and there’s no disclaimer on the door about it. TOTAL LOSS of business 2 times in a row!
I LOVE the staff at this location. ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Great place to get top brands for your pets and well as other animals.
