This business is very UNDERSTAFFED ! They will have you waiting at a chair for 30-45 minutes before you get serviced. They are money hungry. The manager did my nails but left to do someone’s eyebrows while I was waiting and this guest arrived AFTER me. He even left my card in the machine while doing so. My card was charged twice and I only received $100 worth of service. My coffin shape is messy because he was rushing. But it’s my fault for visiting a small business on a Saturday . I will not be back because your service over the years has downgraded.
Lady did a terrible job on my feet! deluxe is a waste, they do not have bags for wax everyone is dipping their feet in same wax very unsanitary!! I Do not recommend yes you get in an out and that may be only reason ppl come because they do not do good nails!
Nice and friendly plus professionally nice place
I use to love this place but now they don't have enough workers & one worker seems to not be as experienced they rush through the process with no care of the client.Also their chairs are all one size I'm a full woman service should be for all.
My pedicure was great. My nails (Dip) are horrid. On the 2 nd day of having my nails done they began to chip and change colors. The gentleman who did them did a horrible job and I will not return for future services.
