Overall nice place to live, and properties are well kept. Mgmt responds in a timely manner to repair requests. Beware of hefty fees on move out: we cleaned the place well (and passed their move out inspection) but nearly $500 was taken out of the deposit for cleaning fees and touch up repairs.

I lived here during my first year of PA school and absolutely loved it. The apartment was spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. Management is very responsive to any issues and always seeking to improve the property.nnI think what I appreciated most is the quiet atmosphere. The property sits on the more residential west side of town, away from the undergraduate hustle and bustle. If you are a young professional, graduate or doctoral student, or just someone looking for a quiet place to rent, this is the place!!!
