One automatic bay doesn't work, the second one took my money but sprayed my vehicle then turned off. Attempted to call the number twice with no answer. I had to finish washing my car myself in one of the self serve bays in which I was trying to avoid because of an injury. Waste of money.
The car was heavily soiled but I am disappointed the ultimate was didn't at least rinse clean at the end.
Very disappointed I drove from Newman just to wash the salt off my truck, the coin machine didn't work and the tri gloss hose had a hole in it and when I tried to use it on the other side of the truck it stopped working then the spot free rinse did turn on, so I will give it 1 star hopefully it will get fixed soon
Have updated automatic wash machine double charged my card called their number did not get my money back bad business
I paid in cash at the automatic wash. It sprayed a little water on my car and then it was done. I called number twice now left message and no return calls. Would like my money back. Would also liked to have my call returned so that is the reason for this bad review.
