Your night crew is terrible. An unchopped salad with cold steak and bacon...the machine gave me soda water instead of lemonade and it turned red half way through...the meal comes with 2 cookies and I received 1. The first time ringing out they forgot to add the meal. Then they gave me the chip meal when I pointed out which cookies I wanted they made me buy them separately. 3 transactions and for what reason? The staff was rushing us out the door even though we were the only customers and there were 3 of them. Cassie is amazing during the day every single time she is friendly,efficient, fast and accurate. On the opposite side we have never had a good experience with the night shift which is always boys who seem not to care. 5 stars because Cassie outshines them. She should have them come in during the day to watch how a business is ran. She makes sure any extras are accounted for and keeps the staff on track.

First a worker named Colin wasn’t very friendly to my boyfriend and I and kept whispering things under his breath. Than a worker named Denver was itching his beard then touching our food! Really gross. Than he didn’t wrap our sandwiches right so they were falling out of the paper, and he didn’t give us a bag to put them in until we asked for a bag. We asked him to wrap our sandwiches better because they were falling out onto the counter, and he tapped the sides, which didn’t stick so more of our sandwich’s ended up on the counter. Not to mention not wearing gloves when cutting our sandwiches. I will not be going back until the service is much better. Highly don’t recommend!

Ordered 3 subs online tonight and 2 of them weren’t toasted which they were supposed to be and 1 of them got wheat bread even though I put Monterrey cheddar for all 3. Not very happy.

Ordered three subs tonight from the Rock Valley Iowa subway via drive thru, two with plenty of toppings. Unfortunately drove all the way home 15 minutes before opening the bag to realize no toppings were on the subs, except the meat and cheese. Tried calling subway five times but no one answers and can't leave a voicemail. I double checked to make sure they were open according to google hours. Disappointed.
