On the way we had placed an online order. We arrived at like 8:03 and the time said 8:15 for pickup so we wanted to wait in the car but the two girls just kinda stared at us and weren’t working on our online. I went in because i wanted to tell them we were just an online order. I even said we just placed it. The girl with glasses was like we just got it after i had already said that. I could not believe how sloppy they (mainly the one with glasses) were making them. Let me not forget she had her mask at her chin the entire time! The other girl lifted hers but didn’t change her gloves afterwards. They don’t taste toasted whatsoever and are just so sloppy. (Friday 11/20)

Not impressed with the service. I use to love Subway back in the day. Won't come back here girl was snotty and the food sucks. Sorry folks Jimmy Jonh's is way better.

Multiple hairs in my sandwich. A decent attitude goes a long way maybe look at your customer as your tossing them their bag.

Ordered 2 subs to go. When I got there there were 2 boys smoking outside at a booth. One of them asked my name and went inside to get my order. I drove home expecting to eat when I got there. Nope. Both of my sandwiches were wrong. One of them was a chicken teriyaki sandwich and it was ice cold. I had ordered it toasted. I was also missing 4 ingredients on my sandwich. My other sandwich was a boy and it was not heated either, it was also missing several ingredients. I will not be ordering subway to go anytime soon!

Why are the two workers at the Mt. Vernon Rd subway aren't wearing masks? Don't subway care about their customers. I give 0 stars if i could.
