I haven't been to Taco Bell in quite a while (my husband doesn't appreciate the finer things in life), so when I had the opportunity today I took advantage of it. Since menu items have changed, I needed some help and the order taker allowed me time to look and ask for info. He was very helpful. I finally settled on a beef burrito. It arrived very quickly, it was delicious, and 2 of them satisfied my combined breakfast and lunch cravings.
This location used to be good but has gone downhill very quickly. I placed an order for delivery today. Half of it was missing and the other half was cold. And I'm not talking cold as in it just sat in the car too long, but cold as in the food didn't get cooked fully after it was removed from the freezer. Won't be eating here from now on as there are plenty of other options downtown. Very sad, and hopefully management can fix the issue.
Typically good food they just literally never give me the sauces I ask for even if its multiple times. Still good food just give me my diablo sauce. ud83dude05
Normally they do great.... today not so much.....nOrdered my food including 2 Supreme tacos.... got home and opened up the bag and wrappers to find nothing on them just shell.... my party pack had ALL 12 of my tacos but all were still cold (not because of the toppings there’s a difference between cold and frozen.) tried calling 3 times was sent to voicemail twice final time was hung up on. Not appreciated what so ever when all I was just trying too do was solve the issue. Cooperate will be contacted.
I sent through the drive though. Ordered #1 Taco Supreme. There is no sour cream and they didn't give me any sauce packets when they asked and I requested hot sauce. Very disappointed.
