Good staff. Management makes them work in an unairconditioned building when the temperature outside was pushing 90 degrees. That's employee abuse.
I had to sign a disclaimer when I asked to have my drapes blocked to a specific size. When I got them back, the edges were near the requested length, but the rest of the drape was a good inch shorter. So now they are ruined. Never using this cleaners again. Zero stars from me.
Had something I needed rushed for a wedding and they took care of me...
