The entire process with this company was professional and timely. When scheduling, they were very detailed and were able to schedule me within two weeks. Joe showed up on time and was very friendly. He got right to work and I could tell he gave special care to some areas of my carpet that really needed it. Very professional work and will schedule again with them next time!
Joe was great to work with. Very professional, the quality of work was outstanding. His communication was great. Our home was severely damaged in the derecho in August 2020. He was right on getting the water mitigation started right away. We would highly recommend this company.
We had a hot water pipe break in the basement bathroom and didn’t realize it for several hours. When we went downstairs, we were splashing through water in a sauna-like atmosphere. Home Pro answered the phone promptly and Joe was on the scene in a few hours. This was probably the biggest mess we’ve had to deal with to date, but it was by far the easiest thanks to Home Pro! Joe took care of everything — removing what was water-damaged, drying everything out, handling the details of the insurance claim (smoothest insurance claim I’ve ever had!), and calling to check on how everything was going throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Home Pro with Joe Alger!
Great service, great work, and great value, especially on a weekend. Had our sewer stack unclogged and called HomePro for cleanup. They were very personable and did a great job. Even conscientious enough to take off their boots when tromping through the house. Would use again and recommend to anyone.nThanks guys!
We had our sump pump discharge line crack in several spots in our basement and leaked for who knows how long. Once we got the water issue solved, we had material (carpet, padding, tack strips, insulation, drywall) to be removed and needed it done quickly. Joe was there the next morning assess the damage and get everything hauled away. He gave us everything we needed to get things rolling with insurance and has been helpful when we’ve contacted him with other questions. Hopefully we won’t need their services for a long time, but if we do, we will always call Home Pro.
