I came in to get a perm to make mornings easier to get ready for work. What I got was heartbreaking. My hair was extremely over proccessed. The lady who did the perm ( tall, skinny dark completed girl with seriously the worst hair extensions ever) knew the minute she took my hair out of rollers. My hair felt like over cooked angel hair pasta. It's so frizzed out that it's embarrassing. I was going to go to Capri but thought I'd go to someone who has already graduated and working on the field. HUGE mistake!! At least they have people watching them. The manager of Cost Cutters offered me 3 free hair conditioning when ought to have gotten my money back. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I love taking my kids here to get their hair cuts done. Friendly staff. They are doing an excellent job keeping themselves and everyone safe from covid! It was great to see!

I spent almostt $200 on my hair to be dyed blonde. I never had an issue before. I went to another place and they are saying they damage my hair. Missed spots everywhere. They didn't use foil and they always have. Also the place said they didn't leave it in long enough. They are very shocked as well as I am. There are different colors some yellow some blonde some orange and some black. I have an orange halo around my head. The person who did it is lauren. I would like for you guys to pay me to get my hair refixed. Normally it takes me 3 hour and 30 minutes for my hair. She did it in an hour and a half didn't even dry it. But I can't have you guys refix it. I never have complained but I felt rushed and didn't feel welcome. And she said it wont turn your hair orange. The price to fix my hair is from $170 to 240. If you aren't going to help pay I would like to have a refund. I have been embrassed. But for what was done I can't trust you guys to fix it. I hope you understand. But the other salon took photo and will be sending them to me.
