I have been going to Sapphire Lash Co for a year now I have had nothing but positive positive interactions. I have never had any issues with my lashes and they always turn out BEAUTIFUL!! I love how much they care about me and the health of my lashes unlike other places I have been to/seen. I also got trained by Colby to do eyelashes and she did such an amazing job teaching me and had so much patience! She truly goes above and beyond for her students and clients! I definitely recommend sapphire lashes to anyone who is looking for a nice clean professional environment!

Colby has been doing my lashes for quite some time, I’ve also had another tech Megan do a fill for me as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for lashes, both ladies are very professional and are amazing at what they do. I’ve also never had any scheduling issues, it’s pretty simple and easy to do online :)

I have been getting my eyelashes done from Colby at Sapphire Lash Company for 2+ years and have never been disappointed. She is extremely detail oriented, professional and her studio is beautiful. I always get compliments every time I get my eyelashes filled.

The problem was, I made an appointment and I’ve been here twice without any problems but then they send an email saying they cannot do my fill on my eyelashes. Megan is the one who answered the phone, she pretended to not hear what I was saying and said she would call me back and NEVER did! This is the worst service I have ever had at an eyelash studio and I travel the country for work. I also leave extremely great tips!!!!! I do NOT recommend this place because instead of telling you why they cannot do your lashes, they are cowards and ignore you and treat you like trash. I feel ashamed of myself for choosing this place!

Very professional atomosphere! Always kept clean and the work is PHENOMENAL! I got my lashes done with Colby and when she closed due to covid back in March I had to let the extensions fall out naturally. Her application left my natural lashes in perfect condition!!
