CT Heat Pros

Heat Pros, thank you so much. We couldn't be happier with our new state-of-the art Electric Heating and Cooling system! No more cold mornings!nnOur experience began with researching and contacting a handful of companies and narrowing it down to three (maybe four?) visits and immediately leaned towards CT Heat Pros for their fantastic customer service and knowledge of products. The opening conversation and site visit went really well as we were given a few options for placement and either gas furnace or electric heat pump for our system.nnHuge shout-out to Justin (You da real MVP!), Henry, David, Benjamin and Ed for working with us throughout our entire project and quickly completing the job after our reevaluation. On a specific note, Benjamin was very helpful in placing and installing our floor vents after some additional changes on the day of install. He was very patient and corrected the issues without hesitation. The entire team is very friendly and personable, even going as far as to mud and tape holes in our drywall after removing our old units. They are phenomenal technicians!nnAll in all, we highly recommend Heat Pros. Thanks for taking care of us, guys!

I just had the best experience with Heat Pros when they serviced my furnace/heater. Justin was exceptional. In addition to being a great listener and educator, additionally he wore a mask and respected all social distancing guidelines. Justin gave me some great pointers and was very efficient yet thorough. This company has acted with high integrity throughout our larger heating project, so I felt compelled to write this review! We had a few new ducts added to our home to increase the heat in our place. We needed the project to be completed quickly, and they stepped up and brought a larger team to do it. There was a few hitches along the way, when there was additional work needed to be done which we did not know before we called their service, despite this, they did what a company with high integrity would do! And they did not overcharge us for the extra time we made them went through.nnThe work was well done by the team - David, Henry, Justin, Ed, Eric and Benjamin - and I am glad to have chosen CT Heat Pros.

Just had CT Heat Pros put in a heating system, we only had a wall heater previously. I highly recommend Anchor Heating. The price was very reasonable. David was great to work with in designing the system. Eric installed the system. His work was excellent. He thoroughly explained the process and the system to us and his work was very neat and clean. The system works great and is very efficient and very well insulated. Heat Pros was recommended to me and I now can recommend them to you with the utmost confidence. An addition, the whole team is very friendly. I'm very happy!!

Fantastic experience! We had a complete Heating and Air Conditioning Replacement. I got three competitive bids and all three companies priced the job similarly. However, Heat Pros was the only one that explained the State Energy Rebate program and walked me through the process so I ended up going with them. I'm glad I did, their team was unbelievable. They showed up on time, put protective covering over the carpets and furniture since the install was inside the house. The job took several days and they even vacuumed each evening. (my wife was happy) Their attention to detail on the job was the same way. I cannot say enough good things about Justin and Ed, and absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
