Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I always enjoy visiting here, the receptionist are so friendly and they are following covid guidelines so I always feel good about visiting here. My Masseuse Nina is very friendly and attentive to my needs during my massage. Nina always checks in with me on pressure and follows up with me on things I brought to her attention from our previous visit to ensure they are better or if they need more attention. Nina takes covid recommendation serious she always has me wash my hands, she washes her before and after my massage in the room which makes me feel saver because I know she is doing it and she always has a mask on. Nina also offers add on items like cold stone massage if I have a head ache or when I tell her I am stressed out she offers aroma therapy. Its nice to know have someone so genuine when I come for my visits and really cares about my well being!

Fantastic experience. Amazing staff, friendly and safe. Everything we could have asked for from the couple's massage. We will definitely be going back, and highly recommend them.

I called them over the phone today at 1.50pm on 11/21/2020 to book an appointment at 2.15pm. They told me over the phone appointment at 2.15pm is available. However, when I rushed there and got there on time at 2.15pm, they told me that there was an appointment glitch on their system which they not able to saved it. They could have really give me a call before I got there seriously. They told me they can only do the next appointment with me two hours later. That is really unprofessional of them, they should really know who they should hire in the receptionist desk.

I had a very positive/relaxing experience at Hand and Stone - everyone was professional and understood the new safety procedures under Covid19 - I had a great massage for a good price!

Please do not make appointement at this place. I made first time appointement here and first they gave me 1.30pm appointement than lady call and asked me if i can come at 12.15pm and i said yes i will try and some reason i got late around 5 minute circling around the building cuz i cant find the location. When we finally got there and we were late around 10 minute and they said we can't give you service because your late so they cancel our service and charge us $140 without giving us massage. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE PEOPLE.MY REGUEST NEVER TRY THIS PLACE.
