I have had 40 years of crazy bad experiences with my long, thick blonde hair. When I went to this Salon I expected the same but hoped for the best. I have gone to Elizabeth two times now and have finally hit the professional jack pot! She is the only stylist I have come across that really knows how to work with blond hair. Great color by Elizabeth. I think she was super nice and did a great job. Having said that, the business model of the salon is to double book, which means more time waiting than actually receiving service. Waiting in the chair while the stylist shampoos another person. Then waiting in the chair for a shampoo bowl to be available. Then waiting laying back over the shampoo bowl while she cuts another person's hair. This doesn't make you feel at all important, more like being part of a factory . Busy salons occasionally have to handle two clients at the same time. I understand this happens. But I was surprised to hear that this is their procedure.nAlthough Elizabeth was talented and nice, my time is also valuable, and I am not sure I would ever go back.
