Peridot Nail Salon

I went here a while ago. It was my first time doing my nails in a very, very, very long time. I asked for a mani pedi (I should have asked for a set and pedi). After clearing up the miscommunication I told the technician I would pay for the mani and set since that was my fault.nnHowever, she became visibly upset that I asked for the set. When she walked me over to the next technician, to do my nails, she started going off in a different language, pointing at me and it was obvious she was upset and did not make eye contact with me afterwards; she made an absolute scene of the whole thing and other customers started staring as they knew something was wrong.nnIt was such an uncomfortable experience. I let them finish the job since I wanted my nails done. I did NOT tip. I was so furious about the customer service, but kept my composure. Highly unprofessional business. Never going back and I would recommend you take you hard earned money somewhere else.

If you haven't been to this salon you're missing out. I've been coming here for years and they treat everyone like family. They do an amazing job and are super clean and professional! The best

WORST NAIL SALON IN THE ENTIRE STATE - DON’T waste time, money or your life - give your business to a place that appreciates their customers & is concerned for their health. I made an appointment, arrived, checked-in & waited 15 minutes in the lobby & when I asked when they were going to start I was told to go sit in a pedicure chair. I sat there for an additional 15 min without being acknowledged, or given any indication they cared they were running late. When I asked again, I was snapped with her saying they would be right with me. I witnessed 2 technicians walked out while I was there & THE WORST THING is they don’t clean their stations during this time of COVID after each person so I walked out. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!

They're going above and beyond yo make sure everyone is safe during a pandemic. I was reluctant but this environment but any worry I had to rest. These ladies work hard and have really adapted to continue to do their work. Thank you!!!
